Are features like IRC going to be migrated into apps?

Just wondering about this; might make a lot of sense with IRC, Jitsi, WebRTC et cetera.

There are quite a few features which will be moved out of the core of Rocket.Chat and turned into Apps. However, at this point in time we don’t have any exact list of what will be moved over and what won’t.
