Hi there, I am testing out rocket.chat with rampwin.
The android user status is shown offline once he put the phone to sleep. And he will be unable to receive push notifications.
[update: it is the same for ios]
In both instances, we were not logged into to the desktops anymore.
We have a similar issue. If the Android phone is not being used you go offline after a couple of minutes. We do receive push notifications after about 10 minutes when this happens. I wonder if it is related to the priority of the message?
