Coming from Hipchat, we had alias’ set up where if a user did @supportleads followed by a message or typed a message and ended with @supportleads, the @supportleads was configured with users to ping. I do not see anything like that in Rocket.Chat and was wondering if that was a possiblity or am I missing that function?
