After updating Rocket.Chat, the video conferencing feature became empty

I have been conducting video conferences through Rocket.Chat integrated with Jitsi.
Previously, I could start video conferences instantly from the chat screen using a call feature.
After performing an update to Rocket.Chat, I am unable to initiate video conferences from Rocket.Chat.
When attempting to start a video conference from the chat screen, it prompts ‘Configure conference call’.
Checking the video conference settings shows them as ‘Empty’. Additionally, the marketplace is currently unable to connect to the internet.
Please let me know if you know the cause or solution.
Apologies if there are any translation errors.

Are you saying that workspaces are not available for versions other than Series 6?

Anything more tham 6 months old is unsupported.

Various features like apps, push notifications etc will not work.

Does that mean that if it works fine until then, but 6 months have passed, it will stop working at that point?

See my previous.

It won’t stop, but you will lose a lot of functionality.

I understand.
Thanks for the response.
