After Database Migration Uploads stuck at 0%

Upload stuck in 0% for a long time after a database restore on other server

Description Greetings! When i restore a database from another server using the restoredb tool in a new server, all data have been migrated, but the files uploads are too slow, stucking in 0% for 2…3… minutes before finish the transfer. This new server has a normal behavior before the database restore in the fresh install. The problem occurs in the 2.x stable / 3.x stable and 4.x stable Logs didn´t show anything anormal… URL site is correct. Any ideas? Thanks a lot. Server Setup Informat…
