I have some blind users using Rocket.chat with Jaws (Jaws | Revendedor Oficial no Brasil | OSB Software)

Their main difficulty is send a file to the conversation. Is there a way to do that with key mapping ? Or slash command ?

I have not found a short cut or slash command for that.

However, if you copy the file and paste it into the channel or DM textbox, the upload modal will pop up.

Can this be an option for your user?

To some cases, yes. I will try to code it and send a pull request. Maybe you accept my code :grinning:
