Hi Guys, I have ran a POC on using RocketChat on our websites. I ran the widget and added the department variable at the end. POC worked fine and I have reinstalled with a live version using 8.0.1

In the POC I created 2 departments and added agents to each department, i then utilise the widget and specified which department for it to go to. I also set the departments to show on the registration guide as per a guide I saw online. Also I went to Settings > Omnichannel and set the routing method to be Manual.

In the POC this worked but on the live system it doesnt. Have I missed something or has something changed?

You don’t mention your licence version but I suggest you read all this.

You need to be on Starter or above. CE won’t permit multiple departments.

Thanks, I’ll have a read. it is a starter but I assume its a trial as I just set it up.
