Unfurling /Rendering Tweets properly

Description

We have just set up our first install for a project that must get up and running asap. We were told it would meet our requirements. We love it, but are having a bad issue. We can’t render tweets (oembeds?) properly? Everything else is fine. Tweets simply do not “unfurl.”

This post by @geeksGoneCrazy on github suggests it was a known issue last year and apparently it’s some kind of server-side preview we don’t understand, but we hope is just a configuration issue?

We find no mention of it anywhere in this forum or the Rocket documentation and his issue above is closed to further comment.

We can’t use the system at all this way, and we’re running out of time. I will gladly infill the missing app and server info as soon as my admin returns.
TIA

Here you can see Youtube renders fine, but twitter does not.

@shoqq we are facing the same issue. I wonder if you have been able to find a solution? Thanks for your help.
