When you faild file download after upgrade RocketChat version 7.x to 8.x by Snap and you use the setting on file upload Stragetype AmazonS3.
You can check this setting Workspace->Settings-> File Uploads-> BucketURL.
If your settings URL ends with “/”, you have to remove it, so it will works.
