Send messages to teams or channels without joining

I have Rocket.chat installed thinking of a corporate environment.
I want to send a message to a team or a channel, without this joining that team or channel. Example I am user1 and I want to send a message to the accounting department, but I don’t want to join their team or channel.

Hi! For a user to send a message, it must be on that channel.

On previous versions, a bot could do that.

But recent versions will require the bot to be on the channel it wants to send message to.
