Hello, I have installed Rocket Chat 4.8.1 on debian 11 with manual installation (https://docs.rocket.chat/quick-start/installing-and-updating/other-deployment-methods/manual-installation/debian-based-distros/debian).

The first problem, it’s about the mongodb version (5.0), it’s not available for debian 11 repository only for 9 and 10. I use debian 10 repository and it’s OK, but I think it might cause problems later.

The second problem, it’s for install rocketchatctl, I have an error because the distrib is not supported.

Is it really possible to install rocket chat on Debian 11?

After my own struggle with manual installation, I can only suggest that you use the docker-compose method. Forget about all the other scenarios.

Thnaks for your answer. I will test with docker compose or I try manual installation on ubuntu 20.04
