You will need to register a workspace to enable push notifications through the Rocket.Chat gateway. As above you get 10k for free, then a couple of increases in notification quantities for small levels of sponsorship through github. Beyond that you can either use a subscription, or use your own notification gateway. But to do that you will need to build and run your own apps.
