I’ve seen the pin messages function but didn’t find it particularly useful because you have to switch to a different window for pinned messages.
Is there an additional app or setting that allows you to pin a message to the top of the chat? So like Whatsapp etc, that everyone can see these messages at the top of the chat at first glance?
I would like to keep announcements at the top until a new announcement is made
