Permission to Allow Chat Export

Anyone know how to allow\assign permissions to Export Messages?

This is the “Mail Messages” permission which allow roles to “Export Messages”.

This is unfortunately not really obvious when looking to the permissions.
I found with the help of this : "Export Messages" only works for global roles (user/admin), not for specific roles (moderator) · Issue #19262 · RocketChat/Rocket.Chat · GitHub
