Is it (or would it be) possible to merge the contents of two public channels together?
For example, we have #channelA and #channelB. Essentially we’d like to move the messages of #channelB into #channelA and delete #channelB.
I notice this could be somewhat related to this question: Move message from channel to other channel
But is it currently possible?
I have experimented with exporting the messages from the channel as an administrator (works fine) but cannot import those messages (Rocket Chat is looking for Slack export data, not export data from itself, etc).
Any thoughts appreciated… thanks.
