Live Chat lobby - guest initiates chat, all staff can see the question and staff can appoint or pick up the chat request

It’d be great if we have a Live Chat Lobby where all staff can see guest initiated chat requests and each staff can pick it up or have the entire team communicate with the guests.

One way to do this is threads and order them by active/inactive.

Admin have ability to private the chat or make the chat public.
