We’re using LDAP authentication for Rocket.Chat and it’s working great. One feature would make it much more useful to us. When creating a new Private Group, it would be nice to specify an LDAP filter to define members, similar to the filter used to define active users in general.
We have hundreds of custom groups in our LDAP directory, and users being added and deleted from them every day. It would save us a lot of work if the changes would be automatically reflected in private group membership in Rocket.Chat as well.
