Issues with WhatsApp Cloud on Self-Hosted Instance

Description

i’m trying to setup the whatsapp cloud app; everything is working properly on Meta for the whatsapp number. My problem is that when i’m sending a message nothing happen in rocket. The callback is set as asked:
