The best practice for this situation is to create an internal DNS zone, pointing chat.company.com.br to this local IP, where a reverse proxy can provide the necessary SSL Certifications and connections.
This will ensure all communication remain encrypted, even within your network.
You can access Rocket.Chat directly at the ip:port, but that’s definitely not a good practice.
