We had a server crash. How to see the error that led to this crash, if the rocket chat does not store a dynamic log, if I understand correctly? Can this log save somewhere?
You should be able to view it in your system logs. How is your server setup?
via nginx with error_log, according to the idea, errors should be indicated in this log, but no critical ones were watched
If Rocket.Chat were a PHP side then yes you might would see errors in your nginx log.
Rocket.Chat how ever is not. Its logs location will depend on how you installed it.
Right now the only piece of information I have about your install is nginx is some how involved.
