Any additional Information

I wanted to setup a Rocket chat app for a large number of users in my self managed server.
I read it that single instance doesn’t perform well, but do anyone have any information or knowledge about relation between number of user account with respect to machine resources?

Example:
1> 1000 users with 1 instance of 16GB RAM .

can vertical scaling help to overcome the user limitation, if yes then up to what extent(user limit)?

It can help me to make my decision of choosing machine as per my requirement.

Hi!

As far as I know, vertical scaling will not be sufficient.

I suggest you asking around at our Community Support Channel as there are other users that have Rocket.Chat CE with large user base.

Thanks!
