I just wanted to post my personal thank you to rocket.chat for this application. My needs are small, just a few gamers I want to have a single place to chat together. I did the docker installation using nginx/ssl and postfix with a couple added goodies like polls and giphy integration and am super happy with the result especially the inline auto translation. I had to ride the struggle bus for a while in a couple spots, but overall it went pretty well. I am sure I will expand on the app selection more as I go, but it is a great start and I thank the developers and everyone who made this project possible!!
