# Workspase version unsupportes

### Description

Today we (all users) received this message:

> “Workspace version unsupported”  
> Desktop and mobile app access [http://x.x.x.x/](http://x.x.x.x/) will be cut off in 14 days  
> This workspace is running an unsupported version of Rocket.Chat. Your workspace admin needs to update to at least v6.7.0 to prevent cutoff

in the admin settings I see that we have workspace version 6.9.2. Client version 4.1.2.  
the message says that we need to upgrade to 6.7.0 (but our already installed version is higher).

Could you please tell me why this message came up and how to solve this issue?

Because this:

Upgrade. Your version is not supported, and not only that but your version has security fixes available and you should already be on 6.9.7

Either way, each release has 6 months of support and yours has run out.
