I cannot connect to the internet in rocketchat. I have to use the proxy, but where do i have to configure it?

Description
I cannot use the marketplace in my evaluation. The Marketplace could not open. There is a message (german):
“Verbindungsfehler
Keine Verbindung zum Internet oder zu Ihrem Arbeitsbereich möglich, möglicherweise handelt es sich um eine Offline-Installation.”
The Server runs in a private environment. We have no dns resolution for external public hostnames. Everything has to go via proxy.
It would be possible to allow the server using proxy without authentication. Neccessary DNS Entries could be made in a local host-file…
I configured systemwide proxy information in /etc/profile.d/proxy.sh.
I can use Curl and everything in my user profile with internet access and using Proxy in my environment variable, but in my dedicated rocketchat instance ist only the workspace online registered.
There is no information in knowledge base, no information in the forum and in the documentation is proxy information also missing…
