# Use HipChat import for Stride import

Since there’s a HipChat import I was curious if you could use it on Stride as well. I exported our Stride data to a tar,gz.aes file and decrypted it to a tar.gz file. I could then see all users and rooms in the export view but when clicking on “START IMPORTING” nothing happens. In the log view there’s no message, is there any other log file you could check.
