Not able to find this Administration → Connectivity Services

Error:  
"  
whatsapp-cloud.bot

Only you can see this message  
Sorry! Error occurred while saving Phone Number. Please try again.

More info: invalid webhook url  
"

Tried meta’s Sample Callback URL for Webhooks Testing but getting the same error
