# Unable to create new channel

Unable to create new channel. A message “Error” appear when clicking the create button. The channel is not created. User is admin.

### Server Setup Information

- Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 4.6.2
- Operating System: CentOS Stream 8
- Deployment Method: SNAP
- Number of Running Instances: 1
- DB Replicaset Oplog:
- NodeJS Version: v14.18.3
- MongoDB Version: 4.2.17 / wiredTiger (oplog Activé)
- Proxy: NGINX
- Firewalls involved: Yes

Nothing in the logs about the error message. I don’t know how to resolve this issue…

Searched the forum and enabling the “Enable the App Framework” option solves the problem,…

I believe this was also fixed on latest 4.7.0
