# The problem with the display of user names

Ubuntu. Snap Rocket Chat 0.69.2.  
I have a problem displaying the username.  
If I first create a chat with someone from the chat users, then I have a contact sheet, it is displayed by user name.  
If to me wrote someone with whom I had not corresponded - I have it displayed at login.  
User names are entered in Russian, login in English.  
Searched in the settings how to fix it, but did not find. Tell me where to look for the appropriate setting or how to fix it.
