# Stuck with 6.2.8 version

## What version are you coming from?

6.2.8

## What version are you going to?

snap refresh did install 6.5.2 version but my client still shows version 6.2.8 installed  
and the app doesnt work on my phone

## What deployment method did you use to deploy?

Snap

## What issues are you running into upgrading?

it doesnt show any errors  
snap info in terminal on ubuntu shows that i have current version

stuck and need help  
dont know what else to try

i already removed the snap and installed a new one

it somehow fetched my data and still shows 6.2.8 version install in desktop apps

the server reports correct latest version

i couldnt find any remainings of rocketchat -server 6.2.8 on my ubuntu
