# Status remains offline

### Description

Okay, so I finally got rocket chat up and running. I can access rocket chat through port 3000 and I was able embed a widget in a test page. However, even when I was accessing the chat system via port 3000, when I tried the embedded widget it showed the grey header (nobody’s online) while obviously I was online.

Also, when I tried to send a message I didn’t seem to receive it in the backend.

- Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 4.6.2
- Operating System: Ubuntu 20
- Deployment Method: snap
- Number of Running Instances: 1
- DB Replicaset Oplog:
- NodeJS Version: v14.18.3
- MongoDB Version: 4.2.17 / wiredTiger (oplog Enabled)
- Proxy: none
- Firewalls involved: UFW

please, check if you are not only online, but also marked as available for Omnichannel chats.
