# Service not starting

### Description
Hi There
This is my first post, I have updated to the latest version of rocket chat which I have done several times before. However now it wont start the service. I have tried a few things to correct this however I cant get past this errror. I found another post on Github for the same issue but it has not been answered and I need this chat back up asap.

- Deployment Method: snap ??? maybe, 100% not docker

- MongoDB Version: Latest now
- Proxy: Reverse proxied via haproxy but not relevent in this case as doesnt work internally as service not started
- Firewalls involved: N/A
