# Send voice message in LiveChat

### Description

Hi.

I installed the Rocket.Chat, and added the Omnichannel script to my web site. But I don’t see the microphone icon in the livechat widget to send voice message to agents?

Agents have this option, and can send voice message.

### Server Setup Information

- Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 6.3.2
- Operating System: UBUNTU
