# Rocket chat voice channel and Xyz

Hi dear community  
As I total newbie into voip and Omni channel manager i would like to ask you for questions  
i would like to configure the voice channel into my RC solution  
Would it be possible to link for example aircall or ring over , to Rocket Chat  
Would it be like settings a SMS api provider i mean enter credentials and it works
