# Rocket chat installation not working

Hi, I followed your guide to install Rocket chat on Ubuntu 18.04 ([Rocket.Chat on Ubuntu - Rocket.Chat Docs](https://docs.rocket.chat/quick-start/installing-and-updating/other-deployment-methods/manual-installation/debian-based-distros/ubuntu))  
and when I put the address I can’t access Rocket chat: [http://80.211.178.159:3000/](http://80.211.178.159:3000/)  
How can I do?

Hi!

Please, do not deploy with manual method unless you are pretty sure what you are doing, AND have a great reason for that.

We suggest, going with docker instead:
