# Rocket Chat Desktop, the credentials disappear

### Description

On some computers with Rocket Chat Desktop, the credentials (login and password) sometimes disappear. The operating systems are Windows 10 Home / Professional in the Polish language version. RocketChat version doesn’t matter. The problem occurs in both 2.x and 3.x. What can I check or what can be corrected or changed so that the login and password do not disappear on users’ computers?

- Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 3.13
- Operating System: Debian 9
- Deployment Method: tar
- Number of Running Instances: 1
- DB Replicaset Oplog: 220
- NodeJS Version: 12.18.4
- MongoDB Version: 4.0.22
- Proxy: nginx
- Firewalls involved:yes

### Any additional Information

clients runnig on Windows 10 Home / Professional, version 2.17 to 3.5.6
