# Rocket.Chat Desktop not Login after reboot (Windows)

### Description

We have a Rocket.Chat server running and working for the last year.  
Since a few days ago,when clients reboot or shut down theirs PCs, the desktop app doesn’t save the login credentials and we have to login manually every time.

### Server Setup Information

- Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 2.1.1
- Operating System: Ubuntu 18.04.3
- Deployment Method: SNAP
- Number of Running Instances: 1
- DB Replicaset Oplog:
- NodeJS Version: 8.15.1
- MongoDB Version: 3.6.14
- Proxy: 
- Firewalls involved:

### Any additional Information

I have followed the official documentation installation, no extra config done.

Hopefully you found the solution since then, i had the same problem. I found the solution in the Administration / Settings. in the Settings “Accounts” there is an option “Forget User Session on Window Close” that needs to be deactivated. After the deactivation each user need a last time to login but then sessions will be saved.
