# Rocket Chat Community Self Hosted

### Description

Rocket chat server shows up as unregistered, I am unable to get past step 4 of the setup. I click the verify link it sends but it comes back as “oops something went wrong” with a request id.

### Server Setup Information

- Version of Rocket.Chat Server:
- Operating System:
- Deployment Method: Docker=
- Number of Running Instances: 1
- DB Replicaset Oplog:
- NodeJS Version:
- MongoDB Version: 5.0
- Proxy: nginix proxy manager
- Firewalls involved:pfsense

### Any additional Information

If I go backwards with the back arrow it takes me to the home page and then it shows that it is not unregistered but it shows up in the rocket chat ui as a community version and online.

You need to use a proper email address and not a disposable one like gmail.
