# Private messages are not visible

### Description

Hello friends! Please help me! When sending private messages, only notifications hang, and the messages themselves do not reach. How can I fix this?

### Server Setup Information

- Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 3.16.3
- Operating System: Ubuntu
- Deployment Method: snap
- Number of Running Instances: 1
- DB Replicaset Oplog:
- NodeJS Version: v12.22.1
- MongoDB Version: 3.6.14

What do you mean? I don’t understand. Can you please explain the issue a bit more in detail? That’d be great.

Also please add your server logs to the thread (use something like [ix.io](http://ix.io) or [pastebin.com](http://pastebin.com)).
