# Permanent Auth Tokens

### Description

Hello, we utilize a bot for an integrated IT ticketing app written in C#. We utilize auth tokens for this bot to have the ability to update/send messages via the Rest API. We’re curious if there is a way to generate a static Auth Token for this bot. We have noticed that occasionally its current auth token will become invalid and subsequently halt our application from working.

We have considered generating a new auth token and using that whenever required, however this also causes issues with other integrations we have in place.
