Hi Im trying to work on my omnichannel/livechat. I followed the guide here [https://docs.rocket.chat/guides/omnichannel-guides/omnichannel-admins-guide](https://docs.rocket.chat/guides/omnichannel-guides/omnichannel-admins-guide)

- Operating System: Rocky Linux
- Deployment Method: snap
- Number of Running Instances: 1
- DB Replicaset Oplog: enabled
- NodeJS Version: v12.22.1
- MongoDB Version: 3.16.14
- Proxy: none
- Firewalls involved:

### Any additional Information

Hi this is the web page where I connect my live chat. It seems it can’t get the data or something is blocking.
