Hi ! 🙂 I’am having an issue with notifications bell while receiving PM. If i’am on the homepage of rocketchat, i can see the bell with (1) but if i’am on a channel there is no bell. Is it a bug or a feature ? ![image](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex021/uploads/rocketchat/original/2X/d/df29a289870f1878576531dcfdcf2b06534d352b.png) Thx for your help. 😉 ---

It would help if we knew a bit more about your server and your client. > Notifications are complicated. > **[Notifications](https://docs.rocket.chat/guides/administration/misc.-admin-guides/notifications)** ---
