Please tell us more about the new starter plan in RocketChat. With up to 50 users we can join the starter plan. How is this counted ? Is it the total I can see in the overview of the workspace ? At the the moment we have 54 users total. But just 39 users who are activated and 13 users who are deactivated. The deactivated ones are users who have left the company. But we donโ€™t want to delete them because we think the database could be inconsistent. So our question: Are the 54 or 39 users relevant for using the starter plan ? ---

Hello, @moell9! Deactivated users do not occupy seats. Hi Barbara, these are good news, thank you very much. We are still on version 6.10.6, but we plan to update soon to version 7. Is the new starter pan with 50 users also valid with the older version, or just up to the new one ? Regards Andreas ---

Hi, can we alreday do this with 6.10.6 ? Or do we have to wait until we have updates to version 7 ? ---

Hello, @moell9! Thanks for waiting for my reply ๐Ÿ™‚ You can migrate from the current version you are from Cloud Portal. In v7.2 it will also be possible to migrate from the subscription page in the admin panel ๐Ÿ˜‰ ---
