# Mobile push notification is note working

### Description

Hi,  
So I was trying RocketChat, and to make android push notifications works, I tried to do it via your gateway, but it just… don’t work. I use the official app on the play store. When I go to a channel → click on the title → notifications → troubleshooting → test push notification → it says “There are no tokens for this user” I tried on three different phone, three differents accounts… Push via desktop works but not via mobile. I tried to :  
Follow all of your guides  
Rebooted phone server and all multiple times  
Searched in the logs  
When i click the button Send a push notification to me on the push settings on a computer it says this in the logs :

Read the release notes properly.

You need minumum Mongo 8.x

Get your install right first.

Edit: after some weird docker and a lot of reboot it now showd mongo 8.2.  
But still mobile app notification arent working…

Hi, I have faced the same issue in RocketChat 8.0 and 8.2 native installed.  
When user install rocketChat app in first time and login, push works perfectly, but after reinstall app, push stop working because “There are no tokens for this user”

I have installed older versions (4.65.0 and 4.69.0) version of Mobile Client on problem devise, and the issue has presist
