# Logout in Realtime API

In the documentation of the Logout method ([https://docs.rocket.chat/api/realtime-api/method-calls/logout](https://docs.rocket.chat/api/realtime-api/method-calls/logout)) in the Realtime Api I didn’t find enough information on the payload of the message.For the Id field of the message may I set any value?
