# Livechat connection error

### Description

I built rocketchat as docker image and enabled omnichannel but when i try to install livechat in html file , i get net::ERR\_CONNECTION\_REFUSED

How i can fix this error ? …Thanks in advance

Have you got ‘Restrict access inside any Iframe’ in the general settings enabled or disabled?  
I find that is one of the main causes it does not work.
