# Issue with videos not loading on iOS app

I have been having issues with videos on iOS loading on my self-hosted rocket chat server.

I’ve tried restarting the server, using 4G on my phone, reinstalling the app, etc… but videos still won’t load.

I’m thinking it may be a setting that I have to change in the admin panel perhaps?

Can you read this and fill out the server info.

We don’t have enough info to comment.

I have seen a few similar threads with Pi installs and USB drives.

Server Hardware: Bare Metal  
Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 3.17.2  
OS: Ubuntu Server 20.04.3 LTS  
Deployment Method: Snap  
Running Instances: 1  
DB Replicaset Oplog: Not quite sure what this is, sorry.  
NodeJS Version: v12.22.1  
MongoDB Version: 3.6.14 / wiredTiger (oplog Enabled)
