# Iphone XS Chatting Bugs

### Description

Hi, it seems on an iPhone XS that when I tag users whoa re not in a chat, my text box is automatically closed and then I have to tap back on the box to begin typing again. Anyone experience see this bug?

Nvm I see from the video its mobile web. Any reason not to use our iOS app? Its much better then mobile web. 🙂

Does this happen in your desktop web browser also or just iOS safari?

Hey Aaron,

This will be embedded in our site which is why we haven’t used the IOS app. This does not happen on other devices such as desktop, just seems to be a mobile issue.

Sounds like this is indeed a bug. Please open an issue on our github repo
