# Import CSV no work

Hello,

I’m trying to import users and channels, the file uploads but rocketchat can’t find the information, what can I do?

I think the application was updated automatically and since then I have had problems.

- Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 4.8.1
- Operating System: Ubuntu 18.04
- Deployment Method: snap
- Number of Running Instances: 1
- NodeJS Version: v14.18.3
- MongoDB Version: 4.2.17
