I’ve got Rocket.Chat 7.4.1 running and iOS app 4.58.0.74626.

Issue is this: when you quit the iOS app, you are greeting with login screen the next time you open. It will not remember the login info. I’ve looked through the admin/workspace settings to see if there is something to adjust but have not found a fix.

I enabled “screen lock” under mobile. Now when I quit the iOS app it prompts for password _AND_ the 6 digit password setup. This happens every time the app is quit. Have to re-enter the password twice so it feels like I just downloaded the app from the Appstore and am initially setting it up.

My setup is Debian/docker with NGINX PROXY MANAGER. I found a post of someone who had the same issue, but no one responded.

> Description Rocket chat works on the web 100% Rocket chat works on the desktop apps 100% Rocket chat DOES NOT work on the iOS app. There are two issues: #1 it keeps forgetting the login details (server) after leaving the app. For example, If i enter all the username and password, server, etc. and login successfully, then if i quit the app, i have to start all over again as if I just downloaded the app. Tried it in many different iPhones, same exact issue. And issue #2, during log-in, the SSO…

UPDATE: After setting up SMTP services (using Duocircle and port 587), I verified my account for TOTP. Once I had this setup and logged in this way, quit the app, came back and it did not ask for password. So this is a workaround for now.
