# Gravity Forms + Zapier + Rocket Chat

We’d like for the user to complete the form on our wordpress site (it doesn’t have to be gravity forms btw), then from there zapier would connect with rocket chat and send the data from gravity forms.

After, the sender and receiver would be able to chat on our website using Rocket Chat, with the data passed from the form submission being included in the chat.

So you want them to submit the form and then be able to start a livechat with them?

I don’t think that flow directly is allowed… You might how ever be able to setup livechat with custom fields and have it post to gravity forms or something. Never heard of gravity forms so not sure of its ins and outs.
